CS Digital offers a print management system for all machines with a network connection.  This system allows us to collect meter readings automatically and be aware of any service or toner requirements without you having to call us. This results in a minimum of downtime for your machine and maximum trouble free usage for you.

We pre-empt you needing toner and deliver it – you will not have to order it.

We will know of any error codes or servicing problems that you may have, we will log a call for you and you will receive an engineer’s visit with replacement parts (if needed) often before your machine becomes problematic.

Information will be sent directly from your machine without your staff having to be involved. This is achieved by the installation of secure outbound collection system that will allow us to be informed on the status of your printer/s.  This is information is collected is as follows:

Data Transmission: The collection agent connects to the program server via an outbound connection only. There is no reverse connection made from our programs server to the collection agent.

Collection Details: Only the following information is gathered and transmitted to the secure server via the Collection Agent:
Printer name, make and model
Location
Serial Number IP Address
MAC Address Page Counts
Toner Levels Status / Alerts (e.g. out of paper, paper jam)

This system will allow us to monitor your machine more efficiently.  Machines on your network that are not under contract can also be monitored.  We can also provide reports on any other machines on your network that you may feel are not cost effective or small machines being used too frequently.
