As a business we look after a wide range of professional services that often require network colour printing and scanning as well as photocopying in both A4 & A3.
Speed and reliability whilst ensuring a top quality output are necessities within this sector. Deadlines often need to be met so reliability is a basic requirement. There are many strains and stresses in the running of a busy office and your printer/copier should not be one of them. With a machine from CS Digital, our service and our “remote management system” this will not be the case.
Options that are often used in these sectors include stapling, booklet making and double sided (duplex) copying and additional paper cassettes. Multiple set of documents may be required to be sorted and stapled with a professional finish. If volume is high then we need to ensure that paper can be replenished at convenient intervals. Paper trays can be loaded whilst printing is in progress, ensuring a speedy output if necessary. Additional paper trays may also be required if using different media or coloured paper, this media can then be simply selected at the touch of a button.
Dual Scanning document feeders are also an advantage here as processing documents quickly to copy or scan is often required. Dual scanning allows both sides of a document to be scanned in one pass, increasing document throughput to up to 160ipm.
